A Better Employer Based Healthcare Insurance System?
March 25, 2010 by ItheConsumer.
If you believe that the Employer Based Healthcare Insurance System built by the Parents and Grandparents of the Youth of the 60’s and Silver Spoons of the 70’s cannot be improved upon than you need to learn the Political History of Health and Medicine in America over the last 230 years or so. For why I know it is a huge Leap of Faith for most Americans to believe, but having Americas’ Healthcare Insurance Companies under the Thumb of an American Societal Monopoly does have Its’ Advantages. For why it would be Politically Wrong to tell the Board, Stockholders, and CEOs how to run their business internally, in looking out for the Inherent Best Interest of the American Consumer and Small Business Owner I do believe President Obama and the Democratic Congress would find it almost impossible to defend the current Healthcare Reform Act against a Loyal Opposition Political party who could present the necessary paperwork to introduce a Bill that would encourage American Families and Individuals to become Medically Self-Insured through the Benefit of an Employer Based Healthcare Insurance.
Yes, why mandating Healthcare may seem wrong. The fact that every one of us comes into the World owing others for their Knowledge and Wisdom sort of makes the point mute; Nevertheless, owing the Medical Professionals for life when they have free access to the same Knowledge and Wisdom as the average American Layman Citizen is now easier than ever before in Human History. And as an Informed Patient I have no problem with Learned Doctors, Nurses, and PA’s of Americas’ Institutions maintaining Authority over such Books; nevertheless, left with a Beast in the Market that does not want to listen to the Common Knowledge and Common Sense of “We the Corporation” I do believe every American would enjoy knowing that 10% percent of their monthly healthcare premium was being placed in a Personal Managed Medical Savings Account that they could take with them if or when they change their jobs.
And if Congress would be so Bold as to provide the Assistance to Americas’ Local and State Governments to use those funds to sell Bonds in order to improve the Children of the 70’s 911 Services and Commerce ability to respond to the million daily health questions as well as any emergency, medical, or natural disaster than footprint Healthcare has on the Market can be tamed once again. For why I know it is impossible to believe My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s could or would even want to become an Informed Patient overnight. Seeing Grandma ain’t going to allow Grandpa to say to Hell with the Child in the Political Realm of Man, I do believe it is foolish to believe violence is the answer when challenging your Political Opponents Ideology of a Better World is so much more fun and productive. LOL!
