Changing the Face of Americas’ Healthcare
After hearing both sides of the Healthcare Reform Bill, I wonder how many of My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s realize that can be said to be the President of the United States of America and the Members of Congress are trying to make Labor and Management competitive in the Global Market by lowering the cost to Healthcare available to the Employer and Individuals. And though the Debate goes much deeper than that, no matter how the Loyal Opposition (those who vote No on Health-Care Reform) wants to spin The Vote they still cannot declare it is a Comprehensive Health and Medical Improvement Plan for the 21st Century.
For why I am glad that it has taken over a year of Public Debate and Self-Education of the Healthcare Issue of the 19th and 20th Century to see the complexity of the problem and why Americas’ Institutions of Health and Medicine are so important to the American Way of Life. I do believe if Americans want First Class Medical Attention than Washington must understanding that some Americans require a Golden Healthcare Policy while most Americans enjoy the Freedom of Being an Informed Patient. And so just like the States realize One Size does not fit; yet, I wonder how many of the Loyal Opposition really want to go back to the days when every Community Hospital, Medical Facility, and Rest Home had their own Standard Operating Procedure.
Yes, the Youth of the 60’s and Silver Spoons of the 70’s have worked hard in order to improve conditions for Patients and Americas’ Medical Staff over the last 30 years. And though in the current economic conditions that have lead to spending more on Medical Procedures than Preventing Health Problems and Promoting Healthy Living. I am sure if the Barons of Society were approached in a Proper Political Manner that Americas’ Elected officials can convince the Charlatans and Vagabonds of the Healthcare Industry to change their policies or risk losing their standing in society.
Because why I can’t say that a Better Healthcare Insurance Provider can be found in the Wilderness, seeing that Today’s Providers are willingly accepting eliminating pre-existing conditions and doing away with annual/life time caps I do believe given the Self-Education of the Leaders of Tomorrow that an acceptable deal can be worked out with Labor and Management in a Trickle Up Economy to ensure the Children of the 22md Century can enjoy the same Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights as the Children of the 20th and 21st Century.
So why We the People wait for the Members of the House to vote on Sunday, I do hope that My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s will take the time to think about their Grandchildren Health and Medical needs and ask themselves a very serious question. Is it worth the Pride and Time of the American Consumer, Small Business Owner, and Taxpayer to maintain the Status Quo of 20th Century Medicine Man or have Labor and Management invest another 30 years to see what other Medical Discovers can be found?
